This Will Make Your Day!

I’ve been attending Kerygma Feast since September 2007. The first time I heard Bro. Bo’s talk I told myself “I am going to bring my family in this place.” It wasn’t an easy task. It took me almost a year to convince them. When they finally agreed to join me in the Feast, it was Bro. Arun Gogna who gave the talk. When I visited Arun Gogna’s website last night,I was surprised to see the videos of his talk during my family’s first day in the Feast. It was such a beautiful talk. They become regular attendees of Kerygma Feast. No more force. No more sweat. Enthusiasm is there except for the teenage boys. Nevertheless, they still come with us. Enough reason for us to be happy:p

I wish I was able to understand the language still. I was born in the Philippines and spoke it as a child but unfortunately "lost" it. English became our primary language at home since my father was in the U.S. military and when we moved to the states. I'm encouraging my mom to speak to the our Kiddos though. I definitely want them to be multi-lingual.

I'm happy your family is now attending the Feast with you. It's wonderful to have family enjoy such a positive experience together.

I'm Filipino and Japanese. Hugo is Mexican/Indian. Our kiddos speak Spanish and English, and are learning Japanese. I hope to have them learn Tagalog or Ilokano. My mom speaks both. That would be Wonderful!! :-)
